As an example of a project under a real name, Vitalik Buterin launched the Ethereum project under his real name, and people around the world are working on various projects on Ethereum while revealing their real names.
On the other hand, "Satoshi Nakamoto" started a project with an unknown actual or anonymous name, and participants who shared his mission came together, then Bitcoin was born.
In the Web3 realm, where decentralization and anonymity are valued, it is natural that an increasing number of individuals would operate anonymously, with a mix of those who operate under their true names and those who operate with anonymous identities.
In the Web2.0 environment, business professionals have developed "work" opportunities while "networking" with their "real names" and establishing connections of trust based on their careers and social interactions. Many of them use their actual names on SNS to become influencers in a specific area and "attract followers".
On the other hand, an increasing number of people, not just on Web3, are creating anonymous accounts and transmitting information for reasons like not wanting to show their faces, not being able to show their true selves if they use their real names in social networking activities, or not wanting to be seen in the real world by their families or acquaintances.
