5.2.1 Participation in Governance

AQA Token holders can use their AQA Tokens to engage in governance (voting activity resolutions) and exercise their ability to vote on decisions. Governance is open to all AQA Token holders who are staking AQA Tokens (details below).

The ballot resolution is evaluated to establish the AQA Token Economy's future, including suggested additions and upgrades.

Proposals for ballot resolutions will be created on the run and communicated in advance to AQA Token holders via the AQA website and social networking sites. The quantity of AQA Tokens held determines the proposal's voting powers.

AQA Token holders will eventually incorporate an element of DAO into the AQA Token. The project members will take the lead in driving the AQA Economy in the early phases, but when AQA Tokens are distributed to the community, the center of governance will move to the community.
