4.3.2 Investors (Angels & Members of Funds)
Angel Investors refer to those who provide capital to a startup company as an individual. An angel investment round is often the first investment round in which Web3 entrepreneurs seek initial capital to hire the first team members and begin testing their idea, refining the concept, and determining product-market fit.
Funds refer to money set aside for a certain purpose. Assets and capital that serve as a company's economic foundation. Web3 VC Funds usually invest in promising Web3 startup companies and projects related with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, NFT, etc.
Both Angels and Members of Funds are supposed to register as Experts in AQA, investors can use AQA to publish their investment scope and requirements, funding amount, rounds, and so on. At the same time, investors may use the AQA platform to find potential opportunities for direct connection and investment.
